Rochester police and firefighters are responding to a report of a one-vehicle rollover next to the ramp from eastbound Interstate 90 to northbound U.S. 52. The vehicle is about 100 feet from the ramp.
An initial scanner report says that a person is trapped inside the vehicle.
3:27 pm - Mayo Clinic helicopter is being dispatched to the scene, at the request of a Minnesota State Patrol trooper.
3:28 pm - Firefighters on scene reports that the vehicle is on its wheels, and in a ravine, and that it rolled.
3;31 pm - Police are preparing for the helicopter to land.
3:38 pm - The Mayo helicopter has landed.
