Enlighten me please - so you’re implying that part of the popcorn sales goes back to the Scout who sold it, in a form other than to pay for Scout-related expenses or “trinkets”? Do they get a commission check at the end of each season?

I suggest you read jzee’s link - it explains quite a bit. If you need to know exactly what programs are being paid for with the COUNCIL money (yes, that’s over 8 million), I’d just call them. I’m sure they’ll be happy to answer your question:)
