  This is so sad, she was so young.  I always enjoyed watching her, and you could tell she was there on her own merit, not because of the wheelchair.

  mommabear, never said those who eat meat aren’t compassionate.  There are many out there who know what is really happening to these animals on a daily basis and choose to look the other way.  There are also people who treat their animals well, however, those are few and far between.  People who choose to live a compassionate life are aware of that and make their choices based on that.
