People who use terms like "gummit", "gubbermint", or "Wallace & Gromit" are not very creative. Do better.

Similarly, those who enjoy capitalizing the CON in neocon or conservative aren't very bright themselves. They, however, probably cannot do better.

  • Bob Ray Sanders: When religious zeal displaces the truth in history books

Please pardon the “thew” typo.  That’s a new word for me.

  • Bob Ray Sanders: When religious zeal displaces the truth in history books

I see John 14:6 as very necessary.  I believe that God is the ultimate judge, so I don’t have any control over thew fate of those who have already passed on.  What I do have control over is the present in the area where I live, work and (most importantly) serve.

  • Dems may take shortcut in passing health overhaul

I’m pretty muck okay with reconciliation passing.  First of all, it doesn’t accomplish even a fraction of what the whole legislation seeks.  Secondly, the polling indicates that, while most Americans are against the Democrat(ic) legislation, even more are against Democrats forcing reconciliation.

The current course by the Democrats is the most fitting example of lemming behavior in the history of world politics.  Keep it up, senseless do-gooder jacks!

Criticism without regard for context, a usual and continually hopeless ploy utilized by those like mdb325 and others.  They get so wrapped up in the “what” and have no regard for the “why”.

Someone should remind Bob Ray, a self-professed Christian, of John 14:6.  If he is in denial of that verse, then his faith is a sham.  There are no denominations in the Bible, a fact that Bob Ray would be surprised to know if he actually read the Bible from cover to cover, which I doubt he has.
