Mayo Clinic reverified as trauma center
Wow, nice reporting PB! How about a little info as to what it means to be a Level 1 Trauma Center. How many levels are there? Will Mayo eventually be a higher level? What does “reverified” mean? Were they verified before but lost the verification for some reason? I’m just as informed now as I was before I read the article!

I was in no way trying to be snarky. According to salary.com, the good doc probably makes somewhere in the $400,000/year range. I’m just saying that donating 1/4 of your salary isn’t really a sacrifice when we’re talking about numbers this big. That’s all.
