  When a commodity inventory rises (supply) and the price of the commodity still rises that most definetly is inflation and that is what is happening in many commodities.

  Strange how Krugman wants more regulation, but is completely against any oversight of the FED. He doesn’t even want to know what foreign banks the FED has been giving trillions of dollars to. His head is buried in the sand.

  Hey 300shoes, thanks for calling me “newamerica” instead of “whiteamerica” this time. I guess namecalling is OK on this forum.

  Never heard of a Norwegian gang problem anywhere in the world. There are many cities in the U.S. and in Minnesota in particular that have had historical large populations of Norwegians and have never had a Norwegian gang problem.

  Are you implying that white people have some secret conspiracy to make minorities commit crimes and then put them behind bars? Are you also implying that whites commit crimes, but because they are white they are given a free pass? How ridiculous. The reverse is the truth. Whites don’t have the luxury of special interests groups to excuse their behavior.

  We now have parts in America that have a majority of the police force staff by “people of color.” The crime stats remain the same. What’s the excuse this time? Blame the victim again?

  No, more people just have the net effect of attracting more businesses that will compete with your business. A happy prosperous society is about quality of population not quantity. The highest populated areas of the world and this country are usually the poorest. You worry about yourself and your posterity as it says in the Preamble - not the posterity of foreign populations.

  Just remember when come for your pension, social security etc. how easily they wasted our money. If you really want to save your neighborhood, discourage growth and be self sufficient.
