Federal regulators launch probe of big agriculture
The vast number of recalls issued for ground beef in just the last couple of years should be proof enough the food industry cannot oversee itself.

Yes, I know the number of gov’t inspectors has dropped because of misguided budget decisions, however, that does not relieve the industry of the responsibility to provide a safe product to the consumer. The recalls would not happen if the product was not contaminated in the first place.

Great musicians, lousy venue
So, according to guapo, all the people receiving services in Rochester are either homeless bums or welfare breeders. Says a lot about him in that one statement. Obviously only “guapo” on the outside.

Barb and Margaret, you are correct, the accoustics in the concert hall leave a lot to be desired. It is too bad the city does not share your passion nor your realization that if the concerts were better, they would stand to make more revenue.
