  MN Department of Health has established “high risk” as: pregnant women, all children 6 months-4years and children 5-18 who have chronic medical conditions (like heart, lung, kidney, or liver disease, asthma, diabetes, HIV, muscular dystrophy, cancer, and other conditions that cause a weakened immune system.
