  Remember Rahm said you must take advantage of a crisis. So it makes sense that if you make the crisis worse there is more opportunity to take advantage. If that fails manufacture a crisis, as in global warming.

  The Kid you are correct it was out of line. It should have read “Mary Jo Kopechne could not be reached for comment” Only a democrat preferably a Kennedy could have gotten away with manslaughter. Not only held a senate seat forever but actually ran for president.
