  With federal workers who do the same job as those in the private sector now making more money, does anyone here honestly think that if the federal government managed and payed the claims that they would do it any cheaper?  I know they would not.

  Answer Man...and to be fair...can you investigate what kind of programming is made available to the kids @ $1.95 per box?  Where does that $8.58 Million to the Council Go?
